The Observer Mode

In this time of peak distraction, can you just observe? Can you look and not be pulled energetically? Can you not react?

When threats of armageddon are made almost daily in the churn of news cycles, it is best to be able to detach from the emotions. To feel deeply, but not to be triggered. To feel at peace amid the chaos, and remember we are eternal beings beyond our physicality. The chaos we witness is a more observable form of Samsara. It’s always there, but it was easy to ignore in more comfortable times. Now it’s the screaming lunatic version Samasara, all up in your face frothing at the mouth, with it’s hands waving wildy. The buddhist practice of detachment is like a shield of protection in times like these. If what they say about creating our reality by the thoughts, then a state of “No Mind’ is a sanctuary in a hurricane. It’s like being Jesus Christ in the shadow on the Valley of death.

Stop. Breathe. The action is to do nothing. Anchor in the stability of your own energy.
