Energy workers from another Dimension

I have had several times over the last month where Mantis beings have come in to interact with me. They have answered questions, and have given me downloads about energy work i’m still coming to understand. Also, with a few of these interactions, similar information that was shared was given to other people in my circle around the same time. So I was very excited to have the confirmations.

They have given perception exercises to do while meditating, or outside connecting with nature. These exercises have to do with expanding perception of energy beyond our normal 3D sight. This is all I will share at this time. I may possibly write more about the lessons that I feel guided to share with the public later. Although I had a teacher that worked with them, This regular direct connection with them is new for me. I am integrating and working with the lessons they shared at this point in time.
